The owners and the management of Alomar Group have extensive experience in the Libyan security and defence industry through their previous roles and positions:

– Defence advisory training team (DATT) training project in Libya and Basingbourne UK.

– Aug 2014 facilitating the evacuation of the UK citizens, diplomats and embassy staff from Tripoli on board HMS Enterprise.

– In 2014, 2015 the team has successfully enabled UK Ambassador into Tubrok.

– Oct 2014 enabling UK special envoy Jonathan Powell into Tubrok.

– Jan 2015 organising and facilitating UNSMIL, EU mission and FCDO delegations at the Ghadames dialogue conference (LPA).

– April 2016 organising UK Foreign Secretary visit to Tripoli (Phil Hammond).

– August 2017 Organising foreign Secretry visit (Boris Johnson) to Misrata.

– Apr 2018 Organising and enabling UK Ambassador (Frank Baker) visit to Sirte post the ISIS war.

– June 2021 Facilitating and organising defence Secretary (Ben Wallace) visit to Tripoli.
